Schonehut 1928 dining room pedistal table & cabinet with opening door. The table is 2 5/8” tall and 3 1/4” across, the cabinet is 3 1/2” tall, 3 1/8” wide, and 1 3/8” deep.
It looks like when the cabinet door was made the hole for the nail was too close to the edge, and when they put the nail for the side in, it splintered the top hole which makes the door fall out of hole. This does not affect the door in the closed position, or the looks of the cabinet.
Other than that, both pieces are in very good condition with light wear. Original plastic “glass” still in the door of the cabinet.
